You know that feeling when you’ve just bought new shoes? That’s how it is for me after I’ve finished shaping brows — every time! In a short space of time the eyes and face are transformed and enhanced, what better satisfaction can there be? Sometimes there’s even an eyebrow miracle: a hopeless case comes in the room and leaves with a pair of hot brows. I guess that’s why they call me the eyebrow architect.

Hi, my name is Lulu. I hail from England, by the way Ottawa, and am so excited to be joining Sugar Moon. I feel extremely fortunate to be doing what I love and has always come naturally to me. My career in Aesthetics started after a number of years working in high tech. In some ways it’s not too different. As an operations manager I organized and developed processes and business systems. As an aesthetician I do the same in skin care for my clients – I provide them with the right products and develop a home program for great results. The only difference now is my clients actually do what I tell them, how great is that!

I graduated with honours from Versailles Academy in Ottawa and have gone on to do further training in advanced skin care services. During my training and subsequent employment at the beautiful Mahogany Salon and Spa in Stittsville, I discovered and honed my passion for facials, skin care regimes and of course eyebrows. In the last couple of years I have added the art of sugaring to my skill set and it has become another specialty I provide.

They say timing is everything and I certainly agree. Feeling ready to progress and move to new opportunities professionally, I knew I had found my next step at Sugar Moon. I love the atmosphere; the skills and services provided and I am thrilled to be working exclusively with sugar.

My philosophy is look and feel the best you can, at whatever age you are. You will be amazed at what you can do for you skin with the right prescription and programs. Client relationships mean the world to me. It’s all about you; I’ve got your back and then some. And be prepared, there will be lot’s of laugher.
