Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice for single services and 48 hours for salon packages. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. (Full service fee will apply. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.)
